I have sailed for most of my life. From 2016 to 2018, I was based in Seattle and primarily raced yachts in Puget Sound. In late 2018 I returned to the UK.

My recent experience and qualifications are all on my Detailed Logbook [PDF].

Yacht Racing Summary

Bravo Zulu

My Primary boat from 2016 to 2018 was Bravo Zulu, a Beneteau First 40.7, based at CYC Seattle. In late 2018, Bravo Zulu was sold.

We competed in many Puget Sound race series and regattas, including: the Southern Sound Series; CYC Seattle's Centre Sound Series; SYC's Tri-Island series; CYC Seattle's Puget Sound Spring Regatta; CYC Seattle's Wednesday Night Series; CYC Seattle's Puget Sound Sailing Championship; and SYC's Grand Prix.

For the summer of 2018 I joined Lodos, a J/109, to help the skipper build a crew for local PHRF and one-design racing. The highlight of the summer was coming 3rd in our one-design class at J/Fest NW 2018.

Amazing Grace

For Southern Straits 2018, I competed aboard Amazing Grace, a C&C Custom 40.

Occam's Razor

I competed at Whidbey Island Race Week 2017 aboard Occam's Razor, a Farr ILC 40.

I competed at Whidbey Island Race Week 2016 aboard Ignitor, a Martin 29.
